Is your company insured?

Yes we carry full Public & employer’s liability insurance.

During what hours are you available to meet customers?

We are able to meet customers during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Saturday & early evening appointments can be arranged also.

What is the project process?

Our first free no obligation visit will be at your site where we can discuss the kind of garden you want & any ideas I might have for your site that could meet your needs & budget. Depending on the scale of the works I can arrange more detailed site investigation if required.

At the initial visit I will take measurements & photos & arrange a further meeting where I will provide you with a concept sketch & a quotation for all the works involved. Technical drawings & detailed planting plans can be drawn up at this stage if required.

If you wish to proceed with the works we will agree a start date & payment terms.

Do you remove rubbish arising from the project?

Yes & all charges are included in the cost agreed.

Can you provide ongoing maintenance & support?

Yes we can. Our aim is to provide you with the service you need & as our gardens are low maintenance we will tailor a maintenance schedule to the needs of your garden.
